Cat is the Founder, Owner, and Health Coach of Reborn Fitness — built with heart, passion, and grit. A Health Coach since 2011 and running Reborn since 2016 at A Runner’s Mind, she’s created more than a gym — she’s built a community.
As Reborn grows, Cat is stepping into a bigger role — creating space and opportunity for the next generation of coaches to lead, grow, and thrive. Her mission is simple: build strong people, strong leaders, and a community that continues to rise together.

Lexy S.
Health Coach
Her Pilates journey began during one of the most challenging times in her life, when a back injury limited her ability to walk. Through Pilates, she rebuilt her strength, regained confidence, and discovered the power of intentional movement. That experience now shapes the way she coaches—with compassion, patience, and purpose.
As a certified Pilates instructor, Lexy focuses on helping clients build strength from the inside out, with an emphasis on core stability, alignment, and mindful control. Her classes are designed to meet you where you are, offering both modifications and progressions so every client feels successful and challenged.
For Lexy, Pilates is more than a workout—it’s a practice that supports long-term strength, balance, and overall well-being. With her, you’ll learn how to move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with your body in a meaningful way.
