Crash Core
Sculpt and tone your body like never before with Crash Core, a one-hour, non-impact class that zeroes in on core strength and muscle definition.
Core Focus
The first 30 minutes are dedicated to your abs, targeting every angle from your obliques to your lower abs. You’ll learn proper form and technique to maximize your core workout, leaving you with a stronger, more defined midsection.
Muscle Sculpting
The second half of the class shifts focus to full-body muscle toning. We work on two muscle groups per session, ensuring balanced, effective training. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, you’ll find this class challenges and transforms your body.
Abs & Nutrition
Remember, 80% of abs are made in the kitchen, and the other 20% is what we do in class! Crash Core emphasizes form, quality, and a commitment to becoming a lean, mean muscle machine.

METABURN
METABURN is the ultimate fusion of cardio and resistance training designed to torch calories, build strength, and boost your metabolism long after class ends. You’ll lift, jump, push, and sweat your way through full-body circuits that keep your heart pumping and muscles firing. Every class is a new challenge — same burn, different way.

SWEAT
Lift. Burn. Sweat.
SWEAT is a full-body strength and conditioning class designed to build muscle, boost endurance, and keep your heart rate up.

This workout combines strength training with dumbbells and HIIT-style cardio for an efficient and effective session. You’ll move through 3 circuits (upper body, lower body, core, and cardio), performing each exercise for 60 seconds over 3 rounds.

Expect a balanced, high-energy workout that challenges all fitness levels — with options to modify or level up.
No complicated moves. No pressure. Just show up, move, and SWEAT.

TEEN AGILITY TRAINING

A high-energy training session designed to help teens move better, get stronger, and build confidence through athletic-based training. With a focus on agility, speed, coordination, and overall performance, athletes will work through dynamic drills, footwork patterns, and strength exercises that translate directly to sports and everyday movement.

REBORN YOGA

Cardio

Core
Strengthen your entire body by focusing on your core. Proper techniques and innovative exercises will not only help you build a stronger, leaner core but also reduce lower back pain. Forget endless crunches—this is core training reimagined.
Conditioning
Push through a series of targeted exercise stations that focus on total body conditioning. Strengthen every muscle group, from your abs and arms to your legs, chest, shoulders, and glutes. This is your chance to overhaul your entire body!

This class is all about building real strength, endurance, and grit — combining cardio + functional training into one powerful, full-body workout.
