Cardio

Elevate your heart rate and improve your overall health with exercises that can be modified to match your fitness level. From simple sit-ups to intense battle ropes, our cardio challenges are designed to help you achieve your health goals.


Core

Strengthen your entire body by focusing on your core. Proper techniques and innovative exercises will not only help you build a stronger, leaner core but also reduce lower back pain. Forget endless crunches—this is core training reimagined.


Conditioning

Push through a series of targeted exercise stations that focus on total body conditioning. Strengthen every muscle group, from your abs and arms to your legs, chest, shoulders, and glutes. This is your chance to overhaul your entire body!

Anchor 2

Crash Core

Sculpt and tone your body like never before with Crash Core, a one-hour, non-impact class that zeroes in on core strength and muscle definition.

 

Core Focus

The first 30 minutes are dedicated to your abs, targeting every angle from your obliques to your lower abs. You’ll learn proper form and technique to maximize your core workout, leaving you with a stronger, more defined midsection.


Muscle Sculpting

The second half of the class shifts focus to full-body muscle toning. We work on two muscle groups per session, ensuring balanced, effective training. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, you’ll find this class challenges and transforms your body.


Abs & Nutrition

Remember, 80% of abs are made in the kitchen, and the other 20% is what we do in class! Crash Core emphasizes form, quality, and a commitment to becoming a lean, mean muscle machine.

I discovered Kitty Cat Zumba some ten years ago at my local gym and was instantly hooked. Cat's infectious energy, hilarious banter, and incredible music make every workout fun and challenging. Her classes always leave me smiling, sweating, and craving more - her ability to inspire and motivate is just unmatched!

 

She fosters a welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of age, gender, fitness level, or experience. I never thought I would be the type of person to enjoy a workout class, yet I found myself following Cat to different gyms and locations throughout the years. Wherever she is, I'll be there!

HIIT IT

A Boxing Circuit Class

Get ready to HIIT it hard in this dynamic, full-hour boxing circuit class that combines circuit training, HIIT, and boxing for a powerful workout.

Boxing Fundamentals

Learn essential footwork, handwork, and striking techniques while improving your speed and agility. This class is perfect for those who want to refine their boxing skills while getting a killer workout.


Total Body Conditioning

Strengthen your body from head to toe, with a focus on building core strength and overall conditioning. You’ll be guided by two coaches who will provide personalized feedback and ensure you get the most out of every round.


Come Prepared

Bring your gloves and fighting spirit—this class is designed to help you slim down and toughen up, all while having a blast!
