Group Fitness Training

Reborn Fitness makes every class a welcome and friendly environment for all fitness enthusiasts.  Classes are continuously updated with new exercies, music and instructor education to ensure they are fresh, updated and in line with the latest research.  We create a group exercise experiences enjoyed by all fitness levels. Classes are designed so that any member can walk into a class and get the optimal workout for their individual body.

3c (Cardio Core Conditioning)

 

The class is intended to address the three fundamental parts of life improvement through fitness:

 

  • Cardio: All exercises can be modified to be cardio!  Cardio can improve your overall health, heart, and weight. As simple as a sit-up to as extreme as battle ropes, we will challenge your cardio and help you to achieve your health goals.  You will be challenged, I fear!

  • Core: The entire body is connected to your core! We will strengthen and develop a stronger, leaner core and you'll see major improvements and have less lower back pain through proper techniques and new exercises. Your crunching days are over!

  • Conditioning: We will put you through a gauntlet of exercise stations that will result in total body conditioning to improve overall strengthening of your muscles! Abs, arms, legs, chest, shoulders, and even your gluteus maximus will get OVERHAULED!

Crash Core

 

Get ready to sculpt and tighten your abs, strengthen and sculpt those muscles on your body!

 

  • Crash Core is a one-hour class with the first 30-minute focusing on abs, followed by 30-minute muscle sculpting.  It’s a fun non-impact class designed to tone and lean out your muscles. We focus on core strengthening and proper form to strengthen your abdominal area.  We will focus on the following set of muscles in your core:

    • Internal and external abdominal oblique (love handles)

    • Rectus Abdominis (upper abs)

    • Tendinous Inscriptions (lower abs)

    • Transversus Abdominis (obliques & abdominal muscles wrapped around your spine)

  • 80% of abs is made in the kitchen and your nutrition is key – 20% is lifestyle and how hard we work our core!  This class will work your muscles like never before with a dedicated non-impact muscle toning and functional training.  We will always focus on two sets of muscle groups per class – Pectoralis Major and Trapezius, Quadriceps and Triceps, Shoulders and Hamstrings, Biceps and Gluteus Maximus, Lats and Calves.

  • This class is for all type of work out enthusiast, beginners and advance.

  • Form, Quality and no Half Reps – That is the formula of Crash Core – Become a lean, mean muscle machine!

Beast Mode

 

Ready to up the ante with your workout?  Then BEAST MODE is the class for you!  It’s time to lift HEAVIER, go FASTER, go HARDER and push yourself to get to that next level!

 

This 1-hour class will be split in 3 circuits:

 

  • Circuit 1 will be focused on compound exercises that work multiple muscle groups at the same time.  For example, a squat is a compound exercise that works the quadriceps, glutes and calves.  We’ll also combine two exercises into one move to target even more muscles – A lunge with a bicep curl is always a favorite.  HULK up and go as HEAVY as you can!

 

  • Circuit 2 will be core, core and MORE core!  Physical strength starts in the core.  Many only recognize the abdominal muscles as the body’s core.  The human core structure is much more than that (there are almost 30 muscles attached to the core).  The core area of the body includes all the body’s muscles except for those in the extremities (including the head).  Complete core training is a fundamental part of fitness training and too often overlooked when working out.  You will not only tighten and flatten your tummy, but you will also condition your muscles to work together efficiently and effectively.  Make it IMPOSSIBLE for you to get KNOCKED DOWN!

 

  • Circuit 3 is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) time – Put your foot on the gas pedal and GO!  We’ll be well into the fat burning mode by this time and where we can make the biggest impact in sweating out those pesky calories!  HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods.  The actual activity being performed varies but can include sprinting, jumping jacks or other body weight exercises such as burpees – everyone’s “favorite!”  HIIT exercises can burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time.  Your metabolic rate is higher for hours after exercise.  HIIT can improve oxygen consumption and it can also reduce heart rate and blood pressure.  Be as QUICK as the FLASH!
